"We Make Housecalls

For Sick Grandfathers"

The Atmos is the clock that “Lives on Air”. Unlike most clocks the Atmos never needs winding. This task is accomplished through a bellows that expands and contracts with changes in temperature and of barometric pressure. The Atmos differs from the “typical” and requires that the factory specifications be followed exactly.

The Clockmakers at All Good Time Clock Service have received special training on this unique clock. All repairs are made using original equipment manufacture parts and are completed to Jaeger LeCoultre factory specifications. We service and repair all Atmos models.

Standard Movement Service (also known as an overhaul) is recommended by the factory every 20-30 years.
Standard movement service on an Atmos Clock consists of complete disassembly of the clock, cleaning of all parts, inspection and necessary repair, adjustment and the installation of new parts. In addition your clock will be regulated to keep time within 15 to 20 seconds per month. All Glass is removed and cleaned during the service process.
There are two parts in the Atmos that need attention more than any other.
The Bellows: The gas filled chamber located in the ‘Drum’ at the rear of the clock, that keeps the mainspring wound; the Bellows Unit on an Atmos Clock can last as long as 30 years, however the actual life span of this unit will vary.
